At Pet World, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Pet World account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack the Items
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any included manuals or accessories are inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned pet gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
